I assumed The back massager.. ( my mistake by assuming ) that it would have some type of instructions that came with it to show you how to use it safely and effectively. However, it came in a plastic bag with nothing but the back massager... I saw more info on line from other companies, when I first was looking for something for my back that I could do without injuring myself more. What I saw on other sights I just assumed that Amazon would send the product with instructions. I actually was going to send it back because I have no idea on how to use it. But, we have had some unexpected illness in my family and I have been busy taking care of that, and didn't realize that a month had gone by. It is still in the plastic bag and never been used.
I have never been disappointed in the past, but this purchase was a waste of my money since I have no idea how to use the product safely without causing further injury to my back.
I would NOT recommend this product unless it came with instructions in the future.. Oh and if you decide to do that, please send me a copy of those instructions as well... They would come in handy...
