At first I really like it, even tho it was underpowered. Then I changed the batteries. And it stopped working. Then I sent it back. I am disappointed, because I too believe this has the potential to be a great product. I love my Spin Spa. It was under $20 so I knew it wasn't a commercial one. You must learn to use it LIGHTLY over your skin. It leaves you with a clean & fresh feeling. I have Diabetes 2 and it is perfect for all my skin issues. It is a slight inconvenience to change from attachment to attachment but the benefits outweigh all that. The handle is long enough & doesn't slip when wet & soapy.
If I could get a commercial one with more power.....send me the order form!
