These insoles were recommended by the store where I purchased shoes for ZUMBA, with the salesperson putting them in the shoes before I bought them. I also do STEP Aerobics and walking, so when my back and feet started hurting, I replaced the insoles of my older cross-trainer shoes with these inserts. Voila! Good-bye aches and pains! The shipper got them out to me faster than projected on Amazon and I haven't looked back. In fact, I am already weighing getting another pair, this time for my husband!
