I read reviews for quite a few products before finally deciding to buy these insoles from Spenco. Before buying these I had horrible foot pain after walking for just a couple hours, especially in the ball of my foot and arch. I usually wear a size 8 to 9 in shoes so I ordered a size 9-10 in insoles, which were actually quite big but after some trimming fit very nicely. I have no problems at all fitting them into my converse shoes or boots, but they are a little wide for my sperry top siders. Overall, these insoles provide excellent support and form to my foot in all the right places to prevent pain.
