Have been using these inserts since 1980. That year I ran my first marathon with Spenco's in my running shoes. Finished in 4 hours and 30 minutes with no blisters. My feet felt better than the rest of me. My wife now needs help as she walks on a concrete floor at work. These helped out and now she has no foot pain after work.
