I was introduced to 2nd skin about 25 years ago in high school sports. I'm a runner and recently had big issues with blisters that I couldn't get to heal up and go away. I finally found the 2nd skin blister kit and it totally lived up to what I remembered!!! However, there isn't enough in a box. I've since ordered the jar of 200 squares of 2nd Skin and am using vet wrap and athletic tape to keep it in place. It's working wonderfully!!!

Blister kit helps prevent and manage blisters. 2nd skin moist pads (non-sterile) help protect against pressure, friction and blisters. adhesive knit helps prevent blisters and holds 2nd skin moist pads in place. pressure pads protect "hot spots" on the skin, especially the joints of the feet, hands, knees and elbows.
