Customer Review: Comfortable table, but a little awkward

The table was very comfortable, and easy to use right out of the box. My only problem is the width of it makes it hard to turn over once it's opened. The wires on the bottom get crossed some when I'm trying to close, and I recently noticed they are slightly rusted.
And recently, my face cradle holder cracked when I tried to open it. I forgot to unsnap the lever that tightens it. But it still shouldn't have broken immediately. The plastic is very very cheap.
