Product Review: great post-workout bar

i pair one of these bars with a cup each of baby carrots and grape tomatoes after i work out. the bars gives me the protein i need in a perfect balance of crunchy & chewy. i've tried plenty of bars but i like that these are very low in sugar (even though they do include sugar alcohol) and fat. the variety pack gives you enough variation to keep it interesting & all the flavors are tasty.
