I usually take this on a daily basis, for the past 2-3 months now, and I don't feel a huge kick but I do feel better. My overall mood and energy has improved considerably. Before I started, I was working more hours than I was sleeping at night, had insomnia, was tired all day. After about a month I noticed that I was balancing out, sleeping better, and not dragging all day. The one thing I noticed about this supplement is that it has the highest amount of B12 that I could find - 1000mcg and I think that has helped me a lot, along with the fact that I feel more energized (not buzzing, but comfortable) and getting more sleep. Note: There is a pretty low amount of Calcium/Magnesium which was disappointing, but I haven't found any others that have enough either. I had to supplement with another bottle of Liquid Cal/Mag. Anyway, I'm very happy with Liquid Gold, it works for me!
