Though it can't completely replace my Zyrtec, this oregano oil has been an invaluable addition to my daily allergy regimen. I generally have a very hard time during the spring with pollen and all, and have always suffered from severe migraines especially then. But adding oregano oil to my routine has helped tremendously and made pollen season much more bearable. :)Product Review: oregano

I purchased this product recently to help me get over a sinus infection. It seems to be effective as I have noticed improvement. The product has a formidable scent and flavor and is very hard to ingest. I also find that after consuming I will have oil burbs similar to fish oil burbs from taking fish oil pills. Overall, I would say the positives outweigh the negatives especially if it keeps you out of the Dr's office and off antibiotics.
