I've come to really like the Progesterone Cream. The hot flashes and awful drenching night sweats are deminishing. If I skip or forget to use the cream for more than a day. The flashes reurn full force. I refuse to use HRT because of the
long term side effects. I have had night sweats now for 14 years and have tried many products and spent quite a few dollars from local health food stores. All I can say finally is RELIEF. I'm sleeping better. Thanks.

I have tried different brands of progesterone, sad to say, none of the helped me with my symptoms. I have very horrible mood swings especially two weeks before my period. I have insomnia one or two days during that two weeks. Heart palpitations and headaches are another concern during that time. In general those are the worst symptoms for me and using only this brand is when I find relief. None of the menoeasy cream worked for me. Very pleasedProduct Review: thought it worked

The first time I ordered and used this I thought it worked but I think all of the exercise and sweating I was doing is what was really working. I started using this again but have not been exercising as I was before when I used it and it didn't help at all. For the price I think it's worth a try to see if it works for you though.Product Review: thyroid treatment
