My wife and I take these tablets every now and then when we are having trouble getting to sleep, or when we have to ensure we get a sufficient amount of good sleep (like before a trip or something). The dose of a single tablet is appropriate under most circumstances, but we have taken two tablets when we felt like it was taking too long. Pleasant taste and easy to chew/dissolve.Product Review: fairly good

This is a great product, it has helped me sleep better, and I love the peppermint flavor to the pills, even though I am not much of a peppermint fan, in general.Product Review: nice

these pills are pretty good, i seem to take a long time to fall asleep. like an hour or so. the pills work to get me asleep faster and i think i sleep longer too if my alarms not going off. i personally only use these pills during the times when i should be going to bed. not 2 in morning, more 11, 12.
they do taste good, minty.
SLEEP TIP! i use earplugs every night, theyre not really uncomfortable. and it reaallyy helps. my house is noisy in morning .. and im not a morning person, i like to sleep in. The only thing i hear is myself breath.
