Product Review: So far, so good!

I was taking Meta I 3 C (Stabilized Indole-3-Carbinol) before I tried these. They seem to do the same thing, but also appear to stabilize my new mood swings more than the others. I think it's even helped with PMS, which I never had before. It's nice feeling like me again.
I haven't noticed any change in my skin, so I can speak there.
I also like that they're much more affordable than Meta I 3 C.

Product Review: These have 170% of vitamin A

I didn't do enough research before ordering these and did not realize that they have 170% of the RDA for Vitamin A. I am not expert, but I have read that Vitamin A is a "fat soluable" vitamin and can build up in tissue over time. I'm not sure that 170% is enough to be toxic, but I decided not to order anymore since I don't know for sure. It has been many months since I placed my order...and wrote this review...so I cannot testify as to what the Vitamin A percentage might be in more recent lots of this product. However, for the tablets I took, I had no side effects of any kind...but also didn't notice any "good effects"...but many supplements are that way anyway.
