I read about Alpha Lipoic Acid on Huffington. I had been having tingling in my feet (and other things) - that were indicators of diabetes. Since I started taking this in May all of the tingling stopped. It took a qweek then it was good for good... I also lost a lot of weight (I didn't realize this until everyone started telling me and I found my pants won't fit anymore) and I feel much better in general. Walking any distance his kness would start to throb. I ordered this
product after he heard about it from a friend. He has noticed a definite
decrease in stiffness with his knees and hands. This product definitely
helped.
