I've looked at the research behind this product and a lot of it is inconclusive, DHEA has been proven to be great for restoring oxidative balance in people with diabetes but other than that the research is ongoing or inconclusive. Source naturals makes a lot of other products that are similar in price and are proven without a doubt to be good for you. Check out NKO caplets, it's deepwater krill oil but basically an improved version of basic fish oil, it's really good for your heart and brain and recent research shows that it can also improve mood.Product Review: Samir's choices
