I bought this lavender spa blanket for my 82 year old mom. It is more like the size of a large pillow case than a blanket but if it were larger it would be difficult to microwave. My mom thought it felt wonderful and I tried it out myself while visiting and found the combination of the lavender fragrance and the heavy weight of the filled sack to be highly soporific. If you have trouble falling asleep at night, try using this under your other blankets.
