Product Review: BEST damn Alarm Clock

So I am the one who has tried everything to wake up in High School, but it always ended up that my mom would wake me up. I have slept through alarms that have gone off in my house. I was scared when I moved into my dorm and had a 730 class. But this alarm clock will not allow anyone to sleep through it. it is small but packs a big punch. with the bed shaker most of the time you are up before the alarm sounds. So forany college student that has trouble getting up and is scared they are going to sleep through classes, get this alarm clock.Product Review: Besides someone waking you up gently, this is the next best way to wake up.

The noise is insanely loud. I accidentally had it on the first day and I thought we were under attack.
The vibrating disc is quite powerful. I keep it under my pillow and don't notice it unless it is going off.
I sleep very deep(I had 6 alarms before this, I would sleep through all of them) and this wakes me up everytime. I set it to go off a minute before my radio, kind of like someone gently nudging you awake. It goes off, then my radio, and I am wide awake within 2 minutes.
One downside... if you have a sore neck when you wake up, you won't actually get out of bed, you will just lay there letting it massage you...
Other than that it is fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone that has any sort of difficulty waking up.
Product Review: Best Alarm Clock I've Ever Used

I used to have a problem with getting up in the morning. Sleep deprivation due to classes made me immune to any kind of audible alarm. Even with a 100 decibel alarm blaring in my ear for an hour, I would still be deep asleep. I saw this clock and figured I'd give it a try. It works perfectly - I have not slept through this alarm once.
I keep the vibrating pod under my pillow, and it feels like there is a jackhammer on the other side of the pillow when the alarm goes off. I keep the siren turned off so I don't annoy my roommate (the siren is extremely loud and obnoxious).
Pros:
* The vibrating pod is extremely effective and will wake even the heaviest sleeper.
* The siren is obnoxiously loud and annoying, and is a good compliment to the vibrating pod.
* You can choose to use the siren only, the vibrating pod only, both or none.
* The display is large and easy to read.
* There is a backup 9V battery (not included) that will keep your settings intact when the power source is unplugged.
Cons:
* The snooze is 9 minutes, which is a bit long. There is no way to change it.
* You have to set the correct voltage before plugging it in. It wasn't a big deal for me, but I have read accounts of others 'frying' their clocks because the voltage was set incorrectly.
I highly recommend this clock. If you're a college student who has a hard time waking up, this will be the best $25 you ever spend.

this is the best alarm clock you could ever own! it had never failed to wake me! although i still wind up being late i dont think thats the alarms fault. (LOL) the only thing i dont like is when it falls on the floor. i have hardwood and my mother sleeps below me. other then that its great and for heavy and non heavy sleepers its great! (you can adjust the volume and the tone witch i think is a personal favorite) belive me you should get this alarm clock!Product Review: Better Than Most Cheap Alarm Clocks, But Not Worth $42

This is generally louder than most $10-$40 alarm clocks you find in the store. Although it's not as loud as I expected (but it is pretty loud than most alarm clocks). Unless you have some use for virbrating function (which I had no use for), it is not worth the $42.
I own a Magnavox Model MCR140 alarm clock (normal alarm clock purchased at the store) and it is EXTREMELY LOUD. I was so impressed with it when I bought it that I went back the next week and bought another one. You can search for "Magnavox MCR140" or "Magnavox MCR 140" (I saw a few sellers selling it on eBay and Amazon).
Since I already a very loud alarm clock (which is louder than this one), I thought it was redundant and a waste of $42 (unless you have some use for the vibrating function, which the Magnavox MCR140 does not have). The Magnavox MCR140 is so far the best alarm clock I ever owned.
