Product Review: Super Loud, Short Cord, No Hands

My family jokes that I could sleep through a nuclear blast, but this alarm clock really does the trick. It's super loud and changing the pitch really makes a difference. The lights don't do anything for me though. The best part is the vibrating disc. I tuck in inside my pillow; it's not too jarring, but still wakes me up. It also works, although not as well for me, under the mattress. There are two reasons I gave it 4 stars rather than 5. The first is that the cord for the vibrator (insert joke here) is not long enough. I am the sort of person that smacks the snooze or off button and goes back to sleep without even realizing it. I need to keep the clock across the room, so I was forced to buy the $11 extension cord. Also, the image on the site is of an analog clock (with hands), which I thought was really groovy. I was disappointed when it showed up and was just a regular old digital clock, but not disappointed enough to send it back.Product Review: Super!!!

I shopped and shopped for a great alarm.. and I finally found it. I love how many awesome features it includes. The alarm can be turned up.. and the tone changed... The vibrator is great for when I need to be up and my man is still asleep. I also love the phone feature. It's fantastic because if the alarm is set for any time, it will go off when the phone rings.. whether it is time for the alarm to go off or not. Now sometimes, that's not such a great thing, so I have to unplug it. However, it has been wonderful for my home business. Now I can vacuum the floor and still hear the phone. Being Deaf myself, I rely on alarm clocks to wake me up. Since I have been traveling a lot out of the country, I bought portable alarm clocks to help me wake up in the mornings (I use two to wake me up). Unfortunately, it's not as strong as this one but while portable alarm clocks do serve its purpose for traveling/going abroad, this is the best one to have at home. After experiencing some PLUG in vibrating alarm clocks (failed after a short time, or problems with the clock itself or the vibrator dies...), this one is the BEST so far. My Deaf brother has had this for a long time, so I purchased the exact one for my other Deaf brother! I plan to buy my own soon!Product Review: Top notch

Just installed mine. VERY loud, shakes bed hard. Works same as the Sonic Bomb clock I got for my nephew. He gets up very well on his own now. I needed this one to wake me for phone calls.
I just tested it. Without a DSL filter, plugged into it's own jack, I did a speed test while calling it. Speed test was normal, phone rang, clock rang with a normal electronic phone sound, different from the alarm tone. Three red LEDs come on (not so bright) and bed shakes vigorously.
Recommended highly.
