Like several other reviewers have written, this clock is a great idea, but completely unreliable. It doesn't keep accurate time and eventually stops working all together.

Great product!! Item does seem cheaply made as described in other reviews, however, it's been in excellent working order. No problems yet. I did not experience the time change as other users have said in their reviews. Not difficult to use. The volume is adjustable from 1-10 and I have it on 2 and it makes me jump out of bed! Since I don't want to wake everyone in the house I mainly use the vibrate feature. I haven't slept through the alarm yet. The vibration is strong and there's no ignoring it. The snooze button is for 9 minutes. The tone on the alarm is as irritating as the other reviews have described. I was skeptical about this alarm clock before purchase, now I'm sold. The display is also bright and easy to read. I thought about purchasing a travel model, but the clock is so light and not that large in size. I could easily take it with me. I would recommend this product to anyone who has trouble getting up and also those who can sleep through the sound of their alarm. This clock hasn't failed to wake me up. We bought the Sonic Alert clock for our 17 year old son - who can sleep through three alarm clocks all going off at the same time. This is the first clock that really works! He can still sleep through the audio portion of the clock...but not the shaking. He's up and out within seconds. I highly recommend it.Product Review: Perfect for Hard to Wake Teenager!!

I bought this for my hard to wake teenager. I must say I absolutely LOVE IT!! We tend to not actually use the loud alarm so as to not wake others in the house, we just use the vibrating part which by itself works great!!
There hasn't been one morning since he got it that he hasn't gotten up on time. I also purchased the extension cord to go with it, the alarm clock is across the room on his dresser to be sure he must get out of the bed and go across the room to shut it off. No more laying back down to catch a few more winks, he is definetly awake by the time he has gotten up to shut off alarm. As far as I'm concerned this is a must have for every Teenager. Worth Every Penny!!
