This by far is the BEST sleep aid I have ever used. I have used this product for several years now and I wouldn't do without it.
Many nights I do not feel "sleepy" enough to get to sleep. Sleeping has been an issue with me since I became 50. Sometimes I fall asleep in front of the TV and then have trouble getting to sleep. Take 2 Somnatrol and in one hour you will be sleepy.
Somnatrol for me is the best because I wake up feeling refreshed and there is no residual after effects. It is not a sleeping pill but it does make you able to go to sleep easier.
