I buy caprylic acid because it fights yeast infections and other fungus-type infections in your body. My asthma meds make me very susceptible to this type of infection and caprylic acid helps a lot without interfering with my meds.

Solgar's Caprylic Acid Tablets supply an advanced source of caprylic acid in a special calcium/magnesium/potassium/zinc matrix. Helps with womens' yeast.As a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
