I injured my knee 10 months ago,so I can't be as active as before my knee injured. The result of it is I gained weight. I tried many diet pills in the past. Nothing work. So, I give this one a try, since it's not to expensive anyway. I started last week, my weight was 156lb, and after a week I am at 151 lb now. And I don't even work out. It really help your appetite, when you are hungry you eat but you just can't eat a lot.
And I am not even craving sweets or snacks now. Since I feel statisfied with what I ate.

This product was very easy to use, specially since I did not have to start working out to see results. I lost 7 pounds in literally 3 weeks, without any excercises, just cut down my calories intake and eating very light after 7pm. I'd take two pills in the mornings before breakfast and wait for the results. I recommend it to anyone since there is no side effects, the product is completely natural. The pills helped me eat less and loose 6 lb. I stopped using it because I'm having frequent constipation. Because everybody has different metabolism, it works differently. I know somebody who uses it for 4 months and lost 20 lb. She said before she had constipation. When she begin to use this pill even it helped her have bowl movement every day. the pills are amazing i lost 25lbs in 2months the only sight effect i hava is a light headeck if i dont eat on time or miss a meal but it goes away as son as i eat. other than that i recomended all my friends and they also loosing wait. without havving to go on a stream diet...love it love it love it!!!!!!!just 2 months ago i weight 170lbs now im 145lbs i am only 5'3 so my nomal weight should be 125lb at least..i will recomend this system to anybody cause it works the only thing is that it need more info of its funtion in english so people can trust it more!!!!!!!and i defenelly recomend amazon.com to get them cause is i beleve the safer way to get them plus the get deliver tome very fast...
