Purchased this along with the back stretcher and both products have done wonders for my achy back. i was beginning to think i was forever going to have to just live with my back pain. going for massages frequently heled but was costly. with this shiatsu massager with heat, its so relaxing to use.& ENJOY!!!Product Review: Useless

The small balls work fine on the neck. The outer balls do not make contact with anything. If you incline the "pillow" the outer balls will contact your neck, but there is a "hunk" of metal between them which touches that bump we all have where the shoulders contact the neck. That hurts. So the massager is basically useless. I wish other reviewers had told the truth.Product Review: awesome

This is one of the best things I have ever purchased! I have fibromyalgia and other chronic severe pain issues, including chronic severe muscle spasms. This "pillow" helps so much! It really helps me to feel better and helps to loosen up my muscles. Who needs a masseus when you have this pillowProduct Review: excellent (so far), and you can use it in the car!

just a quick comment, as i entirely agree with the other one current posted - the really great thing about this shihatsu back massager is that it can be used in the car, with the usual car adapter gadget. i got this for christmas, and used it on the 3-hour drive home - and i'm just incredibly impressed. as the other review stated, it does provide a very deep massage, and operates fairly quietly, in addition to massaging with a smooth consistency, unlike some similar products.
