Customer Review: Excellent.
Summary: 4 Stars
A 5 is hard to come by with me. I paid almost nothing for this wrap, and wear it almost constantly while working out of my office. It was reccomended to me, and the reccomender had had no problems.
There is only one flaw in the product: It will shut off in an hour if no buttons were pressed on the controller during that period.
This design flaw does not take away from a very high quality back/lumbar heat pad's quality.
