It stopped working, the switch light is on, but the pad is cold...lame.
Also, even when it did work, the switch part would get really hot. Scary!
Sure it shuts off after 20 mins., nice auto off feature, but I was afraid it would burst into flames;p
Lame.

What a joke! This is not a heating pad! It doesn't even get warm! I wasted my money!

Bought this heat pad along with another pad of a major manufacturer. This pad generated more heat at the highest level. The other pad is now used as a cat bed warmer. Will be buying another Softheat pad soon. Softheat is a great product at a great price!Product Review: Worked great!

We actually purchased this for our cat. We kept it on low heat and she could curl up on it during the day if she got chilly, and we didn't have to run up our heating bill by heating the entire house for the cat. She loved it, and we love using it on aching muscles...works great!Product Review: cold feet ?

Just the ticket for those of us who find ourselves with cold feet. I turn mine on low while watching TV. Makes a cozy night at home even cozier. It is also great to tuck the heating pad in the lower part of the bed near bedtime. It is wonderful to climb into bed and find a toasty spot waiting for your feet.
