This costs twice as much as the most popular brand and barely gets hot at all. I returned it after trying to use it for a day. I had to take the cover off to get any effect at all, and even then I could hold my hands flat on it and they get just slightly hot.Product Review: LOVE IT

Great size for large area problems like back. Very easy to change heat adjustments, especially for people with arthritic hands. Many heat adjustments and automatic shut off. Nice snap on end of cover that comes with it, so the cover doesn't slip off of pad. Moist/Dry very convenient,
works great.

I've read some poor reviews on this product and I really don't know what all the complaints were about. I have been using this heating pad for about 3 months now, and I have had no problems. I would feel very comfortable recommending this product to someone else.
