I used this product hoping to stop snoring. I sprayed, along with taking this company's pill (they recommend taking the spray + pill).
The next morning my girlfriend says I still snored. So all I can say is that this product didn't work. I don't know if it's the same for everyone - I hear that these products work for some and not for others. If it was just me - I'd couldn't recommend it.
