Guess what? This little device really works. My wife convinced me to try this and I really had my doubts having tried a number of different anti snoring aids and sleeping techniques. First experience with it is all I needed. Slept like a baby and, more importantly, so did my wife. What a difference a good nights sleep makes. This has worked great for my husband. He snores sporadically without it, waking me often. When using it, he snores much less, not as loud, and does not wake me as often. I think we both sleep much better.
Not a cure, but a tiny little device that makes it much better to sleep together.
I no longer find the need to sleep on the couch!!

This works well along with the anti snore mouthpiece . I had to use for a couple weeks before I quit taking it out in my sleep. Also, needs to be marked with colored marker or you can't find on the carpet/floor. Now I wouldn't be without it. I used to wake with stuffy nose or dull headache, but not when I use these two items.
