I was reluctant to buy the hype, but a couple other guys I work with were on the diet. I figured, "what the heck, it is cheaper than I spend on lunch each week." These are not Oreos by any means, but they do what they claim, I am 15 lbs lighter, down from 270 to 255 just following the plan. I get hungry, I eat a cookie, about every 2-2.5 hours. I eat a 12oz of meat each evening just like the plan calls for. Not the tastiest way to lose weight, but it works. I got overweight by eating nothing but tasty food, this is my penance.
