Product Reviews of Smart for Life - 14 Day Chocolate Lovers Pack - 14 Packs Chocolate Chip CookiesProduct Review: They work but... Summary: 1 Stars
Seriously, if you are going to try a cookie diet you have to use R&D Diet Cookie. They are WAY cheaper and I think they work and taste better. I suggest you use them to lose your initial 10 to 30 lbs then change the program a little. Instead of the low 800 calories per day, eat a couple for breakfast and maybe even lunch then just make better food choices for the rest of the day. Also, have them for a late night snack. You will still lose weight but it will be a little slower but a lot easier!
R&D Cookie Diet Meal Replacement Cookies - 2 weeks: Chocolate & Peanut Butter
Product Review: This Diet Works! Summary: 5 Stars
Okay so this is my first ever review written on any product. I have 2 kids and I was struggling to lose the baby weight that they gave me. I needed to lose about 35 pounds. So, my sister and I started this diet together. I exercise 6 days a week and my sister does not do any exercise. We have been on this diet for about 3 months and I have lost 22 pounds and my sister has also lost about the same. I have to admit I cheat from time to time, but I stay pretty loyal during the week. I would probably lose it faster if I didn't cheat. The first 4-5 days of the diet are hell! I was starving but I just kept with it. After the initial 4-5 days it got so much easier. I don't even really think of it much anymore. It is so easy, no food planning. Diets will fail if once you get off them you eat like you did before the diet. So people who complain that they gained their weight back after the diet are idiots. If you do not change your everyday life diet you will gain weight back. I will stay on this diet until I reach my goal weight. After the diet I will continue to eat healthy and stay away from fast food and diet soda! If I have a week where I gain a few pounds I will definetly have cookies on hand to shed the couple unwanted pounds. Now my best friend is also on this diet and she has lost 16 pounds. As for the taste, it tastes more like a protein bar then a cookie, but what's more appealing then calling something a cookie diet. I personally like the chocolate chip flavor. I never have sweet cravings because the cookie satisfies it for me. It really isn't that bad of a taste. I like how the previous review stated the comment about the taste. It is not a true cookie, it's a diet for godsake. Microwaving them for 15 seconds is the key. I can only eat about 4 of them a day as well, you eat them every 2 hours so it seems like you are eating them all day. I have to admit I am really hungry when dinner comes around but that's okay because I load up on my veggies and protein and I am good to go. I also have plenty of energy to do my hard core workouts and 2 days of cardio.
Product Review: Yuck! Summary: 2 Stars
I have only just started eating these cookies and can't bare to think of eating another one! I had to spread peanut butter on the 3rd one I ate just to get it in my mouth! I'm gonna keep trying to eat them cuz I paid too much money to not eat them, but goodness! They are chewy, dry, and no flavor! Heating them up may make a very slight difference, but by the time you finally finish chewing it, its cold! YUCK! Wouldn't recommend! Its basically starving yourself, cuz I would almost rather be hungry than eat another one of these cookies!
Product Review: terrible taste waste of money Summary: 1 Stars
I have never written a review but thought it was important to let you know that this product is awful. I was only able to eat one cookie. It gave me a painful stomachache then gas then YUCK! It was as bad going in as it was out. Do not buy this product! It doesn't make sense returning it because I waited more than 3 days and they have a $20 restocking fee. Now I have a cupboard full of junk.
