Just take a few minutes when you first open the box to cut the tablets out with scissors and then put the tablets in your own bottle. I agree, the packaging is a real pain. I figured out that cutting across the cardboard and into the plastic blister that holds the tablet as close as possible made it easy to get the tablet out, and now my thumbnails are not broken down to the quick from trying to pry the paper off the back, etc.
