I have owned several of these cushions. For fitting into my chairs at home, they all seem to be a little too large. However, they really do help with the back pain. A regular straight chair leaves me in lots of pain quickly. With this cushion I can sit an extended time without the pain developing. I have one in my dining chair and one in my desk chair.
