I started on this to jumpstart my diet. I'm a mother of 4 looking to lose post pregnancy weight, about 30+ lbs overweight. I usually don't eat a whole lot to begin with (or exercise).
I'm only on day 3 of the cleanse so i'll update this in a few days. I usually have an issue with snacking out of bordom late at night, so far this has helped with that. I've had no increase in bowel movements, I thought for sure my system needed cleaning since I've never used a detox or cleanse. I've been drinking a lot of water and workout almost an hour a day since I started the cleanse hopeing to maximize it's effectiveness.
Taking 4 pills at a time kind of scared me, i'm not big on taking pills but wanted to use it as recommended. I waited until I had a few days off work to start this in case I did have to run to the bathroom like some other reviewers have mentioned but my system seems pretty clean already. I've had no weight loss or increase in energy but it has suppressed my appetite. =)
Update: I did notice bloating, no constipation at all and I lost 3.5 lbs by the time I was finished. It was a lot of pills to take but it REALLY helped me control my appetite and "cleansed" me so I'm happy with it :)

took it for the first time at lunch yesterday. within 1.5hours i had one of the worst migraines i've had in a long time. i was out of commission from about 2pm until 10pm (even with migraine meds), didnt want to take the second dose to chance it coming back. dont know if it was an ingredient in it, the weahter, the moon, whatever... but just a heads up for those who get migraines to be watchful of it.Product Review: slimquick cleanse

I did the one dose and during dinner, I started feeling nauseated and sick..I decided to go ahead and try the second dose..wish I didn't. I was up every hour during the night with very, loose diarrhea..I haven't taken any today and I am still real weak and trying to eat a little at a time so I don't get sick. It cleanses but my stomach was cramping and the lack of sleep, wasn't worth it to me. Hopefully others will have better luck but I'm glad I was off this weekend, b/c I couldn't have done this and worked.
