this is not a magic pill, dont expect to lose weight like crazy on it, it helped me drop 3 lbs but cleaning out my system and supressing hunger, you take it two hours before you eat and it makes you eat less, it might make you not hungry at all, but if you dont eat you will get cramps, this cant be digested on an empty tummy so be sure to eat within the time frame it gives you.Product Review: the worse product ever

I got this stuff and i took it for a few days and it really worked. It did take a few days to get into my system, but after that i was not hungry at all. I took 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Thats just the way I do it. I also did slimfast and ate a good dinner, but took 2 more 1/2hr before dinner. All in all i am happy with this product. I have a heart problem so i can't afford stuff that will make me all jittery and stuff. This had none of that! I just needed something to make me not hungry and I can do the rest.
