Customer Review: Best Slim Fast Meal Bar

I only gave 4 stars because....well, it's a "diet" bar. In my opinion this is the best tasting Slim-Fast Meal Bar. I've tried them all and this is by far my favorite. It also has a healthy does of vitamins and minerals. It says it keeps you full for up to 5 hours, but I don't think so....at least not for me. Very tasty though. I wish it contained a few less calories, it has 220 and the "shake" only has 190.
