I tend to disagree with the above review. I have lost sixty pounds with this diet bar combined over the past year. I have combined this diet with weight watchers and an hour workout every day. This bar alone reduces craving for those of us who cannot avoid that snickers bar. This bar combined with exercise works wonderfully. If it weren't for Slim-Fast I would still be a size 20 and not what I am now, a size 12 working on a size 10.
The taste alone is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to loose weight.
