Got these a few months ago and used them to help me fall asleep at a decent hour during stressful finals period. I would take half of one and it would help me fall asleep in a very natural way and I woke up with no groggy side affect. I've noticed that after a week of use my hair and nails have been in much better condition. I don't really have any need to use them now and I still get compliments on my hair! I ran out, but have not needed to get more, so from my experience I don't believe it to be habit forming. When amazon has them in stock again i will surely get more!
