Okay, who wouldn't want that male part enlarged? This product is similar to other male enhancement devices that cost 3 to 6 times as much. It is durable and comfortable as any such device would be (which isn't something you can wear all day under your pants). However much I am tempted to sleep with it on, yes it is comfortable enough to fall asleep with it on, I would be concerned about blood flow past end of the tubing if left on for a long period of time, that is more than 2 hours.
I would suggest you purchase the comfort cushions and extra tubing as well as the extension rods. While first starting use of the device it may be hard to stretch your shaft past the end of the tubing, but with practice this becomes easier. Maybe device would not be recommended for someone with a very short shaft under 4 inches fully extended. Other more expensive devices have shorter rods to start with and would be my recommendation, but for an average man wanting to add length this product fits the bill with the lowest price with good durability.
Why I recommend buying the comfort cushions and extension rods is that you may be tempted to pull the tubing too tight over the end of your shaft, which is painful as soon as you release the device. Also while I haven't used the extension rods, after a short use you will be extending the device out much further and depending on your length to start with and you may need the longer rods.
I can't say whether this device or similar ones that cost a lot more really will enhance you with extended use. I can say that even after a short use, the device will help somewhat in your relaxed state by leaving your fuller than before and can be a confidence booster.
Things to watch out for are getting hair caught in the screws when you shorten the device while wearing it rather than extending it. The flexible tubing will loosen around your shaft if not locked into place and worn under clothing. Also the device can become unscrewed, if you don't tighten it after several uses; not a big issue as it is designed to screw together easily.
