I love this product! It's my first time purchase and usage for my daughter who's been suffering from nasal congestion, even when she didn't have any other cold symptoms. When she started coughing and other cough medicines didn't work, I bought and gave her Sinupret. The frequency of her coughs decreased after a day's usage and her nasal congestion cleared after 3 days. I'm so thankful for this product! It's all natural too!
