My 5 year old daughter had a case of the sniffles and overall congestion so I thought I would give Sinupret for Kids a try. After two doses it seems to be helping. Although her nose is still a bit runny she sounds less congested. And according to her she feels a lot better. She had only had the symptoms for one day prior to starting Sinupret, so I don't know if catching it early helps but I went ahead and gave it to my 3 year old in hopes of boosting his immune system so he hopefully won't come down with it as well. So far so good. Also it does taste very bitter, my daughter said it tasted bad so I tasted it myself. And it does have a cherry flavor but it is still bitter. The package insert says you can mix it with food, so we have found that putting it in applesauce or juice makes it easy to take. In fact I just put it in my son's juice and he never even realized he had it. Overall I am very pleased.
