Because of stuffy nose at night due to perennial allergy, I tried SinuSoothe Nasal Spray.
After 2 sprays in each nostril, within 30 minutes, my eyebrow/sinus areas started feeling much pressure and some heat building up.
Since the herbal smell or the little sting did not bother me at all, I just wished that this was just an initial reaction that would go away.
Nope! The next morning, I felt worse, with worse stuffy nose, PLUS a sinus headache and dizziness, which I did NOT have before using the SinuSoothe spray!
The only reason I am writing this is to give a cautious advice to anyone who might be saved from a regrettable experience like mine:
1) As the instruction that came with SinuSoothe spray said:"Ask your doctor before using it"!
2) If you choose to give it a try, give only one spray into each nostril to test IF you are allergic to any of the many herbal/plants ingredients in this "100% natural" nasal spray!
To update my story: I have purchased a sinus rinse set (NeilMed) the next day and cleansed my sinus ASAP, and it saved the day! 80% of the sinus pressure and dizziness were gone within a day.
Today is the 10th day afterwards, I am still occasionally feeling the residual symptoms that were started by the Sinusoothe spray!
