I bought two packages of SinuCleanse Squeeze Nasal Wash Kit, and have been using it for a month. It works fine only if you can close the bottle tigtly, and it turns out to be a very difficult task. If there is small air leakage, then it does not work.

I hate when folks review a product on Amazon after using it only once or twice. I bought this squeezable nose cleaning system here about 9 months ago and have been using it on average about once/ week since then. I use it in the shower and love the fact that it's plastic so doesn't break when I drop it on the hard shower floor. It took a number of tries before I could use it properly, before I learned how to not accidentally inhale the solution or squeeze a lot of it out the ventilation holes near the top of the device.
The wash kit probably only costs about 23 cents to make so I definitely think it's overpriced but on the other hand, for people who find it makes a huge difference i can imagine that cost of about eight bucks is entirely justifiable.
I've read a lot of reviews of people who find that neti pots or similar systems like this one completely changed their lives. For me, this wash kit hasn't rocked my entire world but I do breathe slightly easier after I use it and, besides, I'm reviewing not my results but rather the product... which does exactly what it claims to do - squirt saline solution up my nose. And that it does extremely well!

I had been told about nasal irrigation and I had always thought it strange. I have had allergies for a long time and I get migraines, so I finally decided to give it a try. After searching online and looking to see what was out there, I finally saw this. This product is really easy to use. I use it in the shower every morning. It seemed so much easier to use a squeeze bottle that it would have been to use the netti pot. They do the same things, it just is a change in the delivery of the saline. I like being able to just squeeze the bottle. I breathe slowly through my mouth and relax. If I tense up I end up getting the saline to go down the back of my throat. I only use one packet of the saline mix. Using two packets just burns my nose, and the one seemes to be just as effictive.
I'm in college and there are lots of girls in my hall and I have gone all semester with out catching their bugs.
I would highly recommend this product for it's connivance, good quality construction, and effectiveness.

Easy to use. Good price. Easy to keep clean for next use. Did not particularly help with nasal congestion (but that might be due to something else, will see after I go to the doctor who told me to keep using this).
