Easy to use, does what it says. The very first time I irrigated I used full strength and it burned. I didn't know that I should have used half the salt to start off, which I did the next time. I'm a first generation neti pot user. I got mine over 10 years ago, and it was called "naso cup." I used non-iodized salt and warm water for years. Then I bought a plastic neti pot, for backup purposes in case my porcelain naso cup broke. The plastic neti pot included a sample of SinuCleanse. I was impressed with how much better it worked than salt, so I've been using SinuCleanse ever since. One packet for each nostril (with warm water) is the perfect amount for me; some people might prefer to use less. I have tried two other brands of powdered nasal wash, but they were too strong. When I'm in a rush to get ready for work in the morning, I don't have time to measure out exact quantities with tiny spoons. Have not had a sinus infection or strep throat since I began using this. And for those people who only use this for congestion, I've found it also provides short-term relief (about two hours) for a severe runny nose.Product Review: works well
