I just bought and started using this product. My least favorite thing is the feeling of water up the nose and so I was VERY hesitant about using this. I am suffering from my 5th sinus infection this winter and was willing to try anything. IT ISN'T BAD!!!!! It doesn't feel anything like accidentally snorting water and doesn't hurt a bit. I was at first reluctant like most other people unfamiliar with this product to pour water "through" my nose. I could imagine gagging, choking, etc. It does take some practice (a few days) to get used to doing it properly, but when you do, it is very simple and well worth the results. I had an off and on sinus infection for more than 7 months and was simply tired of the antibiotic cycles, getting rid of it, then it would return. This has allowed me to keep it in check - I an not free of allergy problems and still have some sinus problems but nothing as severe as before and I am hoping that as I use it longer (it has been about 6 weeks now) I can keep the sinus infection away for good. I also have severe allergies and I truly think it has helped some with them, although I still have to take allergy medication, not quite as often or as much. Some days, I can skip it depending on the pollen count, etc. I would recommend this product to anybody who is tired of all the drugs and medication and wants to try something natural that I feel works for me and might help them. I particularly like this plastic pot because it is lightweight and easy to use as well as keep clean.Product Review: Has really helped me

I am pregnant, with allergies and asthma, and this has been a saving grace. I haven't wanted to take medication and this has really helped relieve sinus pressure. I got a bad sinus cold this weekend and was miserable from it. I had read about using Neti Pots for sinus irrigation but couldn't wait the time to get it by ordering online. I got it at Walgreen's.
It does work. It has given me relief from my cold. My head felt very stuffed up this morning and the sudafed I was taking had no affect. I've done two irrigations and feel much better. It will become part of my daily routine.
