I purchased this item last year and all in all it has worked very well. The unit has five plastic attachment, no not soft, but with a gentle touch and a little astroglide the unit provides great pleasure. The only problem is after five months I can no longer recharge the battery. I am hoping it is an easy fix! I too discarded the paperwork and box, hindsight, a good idea to save literature on expensive items. I have power when plugged into the wall, but as soon as I unplug the unit it dies. So as of now it is a sculptural piece of art for my bathroom, certainly a conversation piece for all who enter! LOL
