I use this spray twice a day with my little one. I started using saline drops but this works so much better and he seems to tolerate it better. I also have the Comfy Nose Nasal Aspirator which I use after the nasal mist and it works AWESOME. The Comfy Nose is one of the best products I've used with my baby. I recently received this product and only used it a couple of times on my 5 month old. It seems to work pretty good but she has never been extremely stuffed up so its a little hard to tell. I definitely like this better than the saline drops. I have no idea how people use those on squirmy babies. My daughter doesn't particularly love having something stuck up her nose but the mist on this is very gentle and fast so she doesn't seem to mind too much.Product Review: You need this particular one for babies!

This is a great product. I use it for my baby to help keep her nasal passages moist through the night. She was waking up at night because of trouble breathing related to boogers. This has really helped her. I use it in the morning and evening. Much more frequently when she has a cold. She doesnt mind it too bad. This product is identical to the simply saline regular (which is not especially for babies) with the exception of a ridge around the nozzel which keeps you from inserting it too far. I was hoping it would have a soft rubber nozzel but it is the hard plastic.Product Review: very easy to use

My doctor gave me saline drops for my baby's nose and I had a really hard time getting them in his little nose. This spray is so easy to use and it lasts a long time. I use it everyday and a bottle lasts a couple of months.
