I am probably the ONLY person who actually uses it as a FACIAL (and foot!)massager, but yes, it really DOES work to get the blood flowing in the face(and feet), which thus gives my face a healthy young glow especially after a long hard day! I am 50 yrs old so for a few bucks, this item is well worth it!
