This is fine if you don't have severe hammer toes, as it does put pressure on the nerve endings in your foot when you walk with this on.
If you hammer toes have only pressure points on the ends of the toe, that are hurting, you will do much better with the little gel toe covers, to slip over the end of the hammer toe.
Those little gel cups give instant relief, with no pressure on other parts of your foot.
