Have been searching for something not too hard, not too plastic, inserts don't work for long - when I came upon these cushions. Great little idea, works like a charm on the ball of your foot. Relieves burning, callous build up, feels great! I suggest them even IF you have no forefoot burning or problems. Slip them over a toe, away you go!
