I've have numerous breast surgeries, but after kids still require something to help pad my bra--for my comfort anyway. This item works great to give me fullness and it adheres by body heat. I'm not sure how these things are sized as it is supposed to be a large--I was worried it would be too big, but could be bigger. I thought I
only needed 1 cup size increase to match and I guess I could've gone larger. But overall, this product is good and works as specified and is comparable to others I've bought over the years.
